Data Deletion Instructions

AffluentReach is operated by Z-Micro Technologies LLC.

Use these instructions to request deletion of stored Facebook/Meta integration data from AffluentReach.

To stop future retrieval, disconnect Facebook in AffluentReach Settings > Social Media. Disconnecting does not itself delete stored reports or related AI advice. To request deletion of stored Meta data, email us using the instructions below.

Subject: Facebook data deletion request

Send your request from your AffluentReach account email where possible. Include:

• Your AffluentReach account email.
• Your workspace or business name.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, full payment information or identity documents.

This request covers stored Facebook/Meta integration data in AffluentReach’s active database:

• Stored Meta profile identifiers.
• Connection records and tokens.
• Ad account and campaign data.
• Report snapshots and associated AI advice.

We verify ownership of the relevant AffluentReach account or workspace, manually remove the relevant stored Facebook/Meta integration data, and email you to confirm completion.

This process does not delete your Facebook ads, AffluentReach account or subscription. We will explain any separately retained records or backup copies when confirming completion.
