AffluentReach provides an online, browser-based opportunity intelligence and business-development platform for professional portrait studios. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you when you visit our website or use the AffluentReach service (the “Service”).

This policy applies to the AffluentReach website and the AffluentReach Service (“AffluentReach,” “we,” “us”).

When you create an account or subscribe, we collect information such as your name, business or studio name, email address, and the market or service area you ask us to research. You may also choose to provide additional business profile details that help tailor research results to your studio.

The Service is designed for you to store and organize business-development information, including organizations, contacts, events, opportunities, notes, communications, tasks and related records. You control what you enter. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to enter and use that information, and for handling any personal information of third parties in accordance with applicable law.

We collect technical information generated when you use the Service, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages and features accessed, timestamps, referring pages and diagnostic or error logs. This information helps us operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the Service.

Our website and Service may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies for essential functionality (such as keeping you signed in) and for basic analytics that help us understand how the website is used. Where analytics or similar tools are used, they are used to measure site performance and interest in our offerings, not to build advertising profiles about you. Most browsers allow you to control or delete cookies; disabling some cookies may affect how the Service functions.

Subscription payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store complete payment card numbers. The payment processor receives and processes your payment details under its own terms and privacy policy, and provides us with limited information such as billing contact details, subscription status and transaction records needed for account administration, invoicing and support.

When you contact us for support, sales or other purposes, we retain the content of those communications and related contact details so we can respond, provide support, maintain records and improve our service. We may send you service-related messages (such as billing, security or account notices) and, where permitted, occasional product or marketing messages that you can opt out of.

If you choose to opt in to receive text messages from AffluentReach, we may use the mobile number you provide to send marketing, informational, account-related, product-related, and inquiry follow-up messages consistent with your consent.

SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase or inquiry. Providing a phone number or submitting an inquiry does not by itself constitute SMS consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text message. For assistance, reply HELP.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent information are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers solely as necessary to deliver messaging or operate our communications systems, subject to applicable contractual and privacy obligations.

Certain AffluentReach features use artificial intelligence or automated processing to help research, summarize, organize and prioritize opportunities. To provide these features, relevant content may be processed by AffluentReach and by third-party AI or data service providers acting on our behalf. AI-assisted output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed by you before you rely on it or act on it.

We use the information described above to:

• operate, maintain and deliver the Service;
• research, organize and present opportunities you have asked us to find;
• authenticate users and protect account security;
• process subscriptions, billing and renewals;
• provide customer support and respond to inquiries;
• monitor, troubleshoot, secure and improve the Service;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We rely on third-party providers for functions such as hosting, data storage, authentication, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, research data and AI-assisted processing. These providers may process information on our behalf in order to perform those functions. If you choose to connect an optional third-party integration, information may be shared with that service under its own terms and privacy policy.

AffluentReach does not sell customers’ personal information to advertisers. We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

When you visit our website or ask a question in the AffluentReach AI Chat, we may derive an approximate city, state or region, and country from network information such as your IP address. This approximation is general and may be inaccurate; it does not identify your exact location or device location, and we never ask your browser for precise location access.

We use this approximate location only for website analytics, customer support, and product insights such as understanding where interest in AffluentReach is coming from. When our hosting provider does not supply an approximate location, your IP address may be processed transiently within AffluentReach infrastructure solely to derive an approximate city, state or region, and country. AffluentReach does not retain your raw IP address as part of AI Chat question history.

If you choose to connect a Gmail or Google Workspace account to AffluentReach, AffluentReach uses Google authorization to obtain permission to send email from that account on your behalf. AffluentReach uses this access only to send email that you initiate or authorize through AffluentReach. AffluentReach does not use this permission to read, search, download, or access the contents of your Gmail inbox or existing messages. Authorization credentials are stored securely and used only to provide the connected-email functionality. AffluentReach does not sell Google user data or use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or training artificial intelligence models. You may disconnect your Google account from AffluentReach at any time.

AffluentReach’s use and transfer of information received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

AffluentReach does not use raw, aggregated, anonymized, or derived data received from Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, train, or fine-tune generalized or foundational artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

AffluentReach does not transfer Google Workspace API user data to third-party artificial intelligence or machine-learning service providers for the purpose of developing, improving, or training generalized AI or ML models.

When a user connects a Google account to AffluentReach, Google Workspace API access is used only to provide functionality explicitly requested by the user, such as authenticating the connected Google account and sending email on the user’s behalf.

AffluentReach does not use Google Workspace APIs to read or obtain the contents of a user’s Gmail inbox for generalized AI or machine-learning model development or training.

AffluentReach may provide separate AI-assisted features using information supplied to AffluentReach by the user or information otherwise processed as part of the AffluentReach service. Data obtained from Google Workspace APIs is not used to train or improve generalized AI or ML models.

We retain information for as long as your account is active and for such additional period as is reasonably necessary to provide the Service, resolve disputes, maintain business records, and comply with legal, accounting or reporting obligations. Backup and log copies may persist for a limited period after deletion.

We use administrative, technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, use or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for controlling who has access to your account.

You may review and update much of your account information directly within the Service, and you may opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us at privacy@affluentreach.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. The privacy rights available to you may vary depending on the laws that apply where you live.

AffluentReach is a business service intended for use by adults acting on behalf of a business. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above and provide additional notice where required. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we handle information.
